Shipping & Delivery

We ship to most countries within Europe. Please note that we do not ship outside of Europe, and there are a few European countries we are unable to deliver to. You can view the list of available shipping destinations during checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

• Sweden: 3–5 business days
• Rest of Europe: 5–8 business days

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to delays with the shipping carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Jalia & Mays order. However, if you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  Be returned in its original packaging.
  
• 
  Have all original tags attached.
  
• 
  Be free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, or any other stains or odors.
  

Please handle your garment with care when trying it on.

Important Information

If your returned item does not meet the conditions above, we reserve the right to refuse the return or reduce the refund if the item's value has decreased due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless you received the wrong item or your item arrived damaged or defective.

How to Return Your Order

   Contact us at contact@jaliaandmays.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include your order number.

   We will provide you with the return instructions.
   
3. 
   Carefully pack your item in its original packaging.
   
4. 
   Send your return using a tracked shipping service. We recommend keeping your tracking number until your return has been processed.
   
5. 
   Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
